Build stronger padel communities.
LundaPadel connects players, coaches, tournament organizers and clubs in one padel ecosystem. Find games, run events, manage courts — and use the core software for free.
Availability state (spec 05.6): desktop shows the QR plus all three stores, mobile shows one device-specific button, pre-launch markets swap to “Join the regional launch”. No false availability claim.
Counters animate once, on first view, and only when approved figures exist. The ticker carries the cities where the ecosystem is actually live — it is a claim, not decoration, and it is hidden until the list is signed off.
02 The ecosystem
Four roles.
One loop.
Players create demand. Organizers turn that demand into activity. Clubs provide the courts and the operations that keep it running. Coaches raise the rating and confirm it. LundaPadel connects the loop instead of selling four separate tools.

Players
Find people at your rating and a court that is actually free.
IDEA — a bump between two players after a point won. Shot from behind the glass so you read the club, not the pose.

Organizers
Turn a Tuesday into a tournament, and a tournament into a series.
IDEA — organizer between rounds, phone in hand, players waiting behind. Motion: the round board behind them flips to the next pairing.

Clubs
Run the day on one calendar and fill the hours nobody books.
IDEA — wide shot of a club at 19:00, every court lit and busy. Motion: a slow time-lapse from an empty morning to this.

Coaches
Fill your sessions, and confirm the rating your players carry.
IDEA — a coach mid-correction, hand on a player's grip. Motion: the rating chip beside them ticks up and gets a small confirmation mark.
Coach toolseach one makes the next one possible
The ecosystem model in the source spec is three-sided; coaches are added here as a fourth role at the client’s direction. Spec 02 and 03 need updating to match, and open question 16 (“do coaches need their own page?” — answered no) should be reopened. The full “receives / contributes” breakdown lives on the four role pages.
03 Players
Find people, courts and games in one place.
Turning up alone, chasing a fourth player in a group chat, guessing whether the rating will match — that is the part LundaPadel removes. Open games near you, people at your rating, and each player’s share settled before anyone leaves the court.

A game tonight at 19:00 with two places left and the rating range showing.
MOTION — the two empty seats fill one after the other as you scroll, and the “2 places left” label counts down to “full”.

Real availability at nearby clubs — court type, time, price.
MOTION — the three phones drift at slightly different speeds on scroll, like cards laid on a table.

Result saved, rating moved, everyone's share settled.
MOTION — the rating number ticks up by one point and the accent flashes lime once. Small reward, no confetti.

One continuous handheld shot: the organizer taps in a score, looks up, calls two names, and the next four walk onto court. Twelve seconds, one take, no cuts.
MOTION — the tournament bracket is drawn as a light overlay across the court behind them, filling in as the shot moves. It reads as a graphic, not as a screenshot.
04 Organizers
From setup to live scoring in one workflow.
Duplicate last month’s tournament, open registration, let the waiting list move itself, then run the rounds from courtside. Americano, Mexicano, King, Escalera, Round Robin and knockout — the spreadsheet stays closed.
05 Clubs
Run the club. Fill the courts.
One platform for the schedule, pricing, customers, coaches and reporting — connected to the players and organizers already looking for court time.

The club calendar sitting over a photograph of the same club, so the two read as one thing: the screen on the left, the courts it describes on the right.
MOTION — a single day plays through in six seconds. Empty slots on the timeline fill in one by one, and as each one fills, the matching court in the photo lights up. Ends on a full evening.

A coach mid-session with four players — feeding balls, correcting a grip, talking rather than posing. Shot at a real club during a real session, not a demonstration.
MOTION — the session card from the app slides in beside them and fills up: four places, then three, then full. The people in the photo and the names in the list are the same session.
06 Coaches
Fill your sessions. Confirm the ratings.
Publish training to the same feed players already search, invite your group in a tap, take payment through the app — and confirm the ratings your players carry into every game they play.
You verify the rating
Player ratings run from 1.0 to 7.0. The core is calculated automatically and confirmed by coaches — your judgement is part of the system.
Found by filters
Your sessions sit in the same list as games and tournaments, filtered by rating, club, date and time.
New scene. The source spec (open question 16) answered “no” to a dedicated coaches page — that answer needs revisiting now that coaches carry rating verification (open question 5). Ecosystem model stays three-sided: coaches operate across the player, organizer and club layers rather than forming a fourth side (spec 03).
07 Why free
No LundaPadel subscription. No platform commission.LundaPadel team
LundaPadel does not charge players, coaches, tournament organizers or clubs for using its core software. We want padel communities to grow, and software fees are one of the things slowing that down.
Legal review required before publication (spec 06.5). Approved wording only: “no LundaPadel subscription fee”, “no LundaPadel platform commission”, “core software is free to use”. Full explanation and the economics diagram live on the three role pages.

Not an office portrait. Standing at the back of a court in normal clothes, mid-conversation with two players. Warm, slightly imperfect, clearly the same person in every other photo we use.
IDEA — pair it with a handwritten signature under the quote. One human artefact on an otherwise systematic page does more for trust than another diagram.
08 Community
Help build padel where you live.
Padel grows locally, through the people who already bring others onto court — usually one person who kept organising until it stuck. If that is you, or your brand wants to reach those communities, there is a route for it.
“Finally, a tool that helps organise games without all the extra calls and messages. LundaPadel is exactly what I needed.”
“I find partners matching my skill rating through LundaPadel — the matches are balanced and fun. I really appreciate this feature.”
“Everything in one place: bookings, games, tournaments and stats. LundaPadel is my go-to in the padel world.”
Quotes above are written placeholders showing the tone and length to collect. Nothing here publishes without a signed release, and the block is hidden entirely until real quotes exist (spec 19 §9).
Regional ambassadors
Connect a city: introduce clubs and organizers, support a launch, run the first events.
Advertising partners
Reach padel players through placements, tournament sponsorship and club activations.
Federations, media, technology and payment providers, academies and investors — pick the closest option in the form.
Governance (spec 07): no promise of exclusivity, employment status, compensation, a fixed ambassador package or guaranteed advertising inventory.

Four players walking onto a lit court at night, seen from above through the fence. Nobody has served yet. The whole site has been about getting to this moment.
MOTION — the shot holds still until the CTA enters view, then the first serve goes and the loop restarts. The lime ball trail from the logo draws itself across the frame once, and stops.
Your next game can start a stronger community.
No LundaPadel subscription
One dominant action, two secondary routes — never four equally weighted buttons (spec 08). Final-scene conversions tracked separately from earlier CTA locations.
