Players
Player questions.
Is the app really free?
Yes — there is no LundaPadel subscription fee and no LundaPadel commission for players. Clubs set their own court prices, organizers set their own entry fees, and payment providers charge their own processing fees.
Is LundaPadel available in my city?
What you find inside depends on the clubs and organizers active near you. If your city is not covered yet, you can leave your details and we will tell you when it is.
How does the rating work?
Your rating is a number from 1.0 to 7.0. The base value is calculated automatically from how you actually play, and coaches can confirm or adjust it after working with you. Who can see my profile and my games?
Games can be public or private. Your profile shows the information you choose to share with other players. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Which devices and app stores are supported?
iOS from the App Store, Android from Google Play, and Huawei devices from AppGallery.
How do clubs and tournaments appear in the app?
Clubs publish courts and availability from the club platform; organizers publish tournaments and training from the organizer platform. Both appear to players in the same feed.
Organizers

Who can become an organizer?
You need a LundaPadel App account and an approved application. Send the form, and we set up your access and guide you through the first event.
Which formats are supported?
Americano, Round Robin, Mexicano, King, Escalera and flex, mixed and pair variants, each with its own settings.
What does it cost?
There is no LundaPadel subscription and no LundaPadel commission on entry fees. Where payments run through an external provider, that provider charges its own processing fee.
Is there a participant limit?

Do I need to work with a club?
You need courts, so most organizers work with one. If the club is on the LundaPadel club platform, court availability and event publication are connected. If it is not, you can still run the event. Coaches running clinics work the same way — see the coaches page.
What support do I get?
A walkthrough when you receive access, and support while you run events.
What happens to participant data?
You see the participant information needed to run the event. Communication with players goes through the platform. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the organizer terms.
Clubs
Club questions.
What exactly is free?
Core access to the club platform: calendar, bookings, pricing, clients, staff, coaches, events and reporting. There is no LundaPadel subscription and no LundaPadel commission on your bookings.
How long does it take to get started?
Send the form and we configure the club for you — usually a few days. We do the setup and the integrations, and we handle migration from your current system.
Which payment providers can we use?
It depends on your market. We check which providers are available in your country as part of setting the club up, and their processing fees are set by them.
Who owns our customer data?
Your club's customer data belongs to your club. Export and deletion are available.
Can we manage several locations?
Networks can manage multiple locations and compare them in reporting where supported. Tell us the setup in the form and we confirm the scope.
What support do we get?
We configure the club and walk your team through it, then support you continuously.
Is LundaPadel available in our country?
Player demand in a new market builds gradually, so the operational value comes first and the demand connection grows as players and organizers join.
Coaches
Coach questions.
What does it cost me?
Nothing to LundaPadel — no subscription and no commission on your session fees. The club charges for the court, and the payment provider charges its own processing fee where payments run through the app.
How does rating verification work?
Ratings run from 1.0 to 7.0. The base value is calculated automatically from how players actually play, and coaches confirm or adjust it.
Do my sessions show up to players who are not mine?
If you publish them openly, yes — players in your area can find them and filter by rating, club, date and time. You can also keep a session private and invitation-only.
Can I take payment through the app?
Where payment collection is available in your market. Supported providers and how the money splits between coach and club are confirmed during onboarding.
Do I need to be attached to a club?
You need a court, so most coaches work with one. If the club is on the LundaPadel club platform, your schedule and court time are connected. If it is not, you can still publish and run sessions.
Can I run clinics and ladders as well as lessons?
Yes — the tournament formats are open to you, with coach mode for training-oriented rounds and recurring duplication for a weekly series.
